SCOTS BLACKFACE
Both Ewes and rams are horned with black faces and black and white markings on legs and feet.
Found throughout the UK, particularly on the Scottish Highlands and the hills of
NE England and Northern Ireland. The fleece is rather coarse and mainly used for carpets, though some finer
wools are used in tweed production.
